“Tom and his recognizable “101 Paws” vehicle [can be] seen all over our area, at all hours of the day and night, providing exceptional, loving care for the precious four-legged members of our families.” We travel from time to time “and we could never bear leaving our dog behind at some of the "elite" kennels we tried prior to meeting Tom. Our first dog, Rocket would behave differently after her stays at these "Spa Hotels for Dogs" and it could take weeks for her to get back to normal. Then Tom was recommended to us… [and we never used a “pet hotel” ever] again, nor did we feel any regret about leaving Rocket behind.” Recently Rocket became ill and, sadly, passed away… now the “newest member of our family, Moka, a 16-week-old Shiba Inu puppy, is so comfortable at home in Tom's care that she doesn't mind at all if we have to leave [her]. I actually think she looks forward to seeing Tom. [The dogs] seem to be able to sense how much he enjoys being with them. It is really amazing! Tom has stopped by just to play and bring her a treat… She would actually smile when he came to visit her. Tom is reliable, trustworthy and professional. With his help, we were able to take many family vacations, obligatory trips, last minute getaways, do college visits, and never, ever felt any need to worry.
